Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and BioZone360 ("we", "us") for the BioZone360 app, A.D.A.M., The Zone, and biozone360.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Train at your own risk

Strength training, cardio, changes to diet and the use of supplements carry real risk of injury or harm. BioZone360 is not a medical device, a physician, a dietitian or a licensed trainer, and A.D.A.M. is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing in the Service is medical advice. Get clearance from a doctor before starting or changing a training or nutrition program, stop if something hurts, and never rely on the Service to manage a medical condition, medication, or a prescription. You alone are responsible for how you train and what you eat.

3. A.D.A.M. and AI

A.D.A.M. is software. Part of it is deterministic rules over the data you log; part of it uses artificial intelligence, including large language models from third-party providers, to write to you and to interpret images you scan. AI can make mistakes. A.D.A.M. is designed to speak only from your own logged data and to stay silent rather than guess, and anything it extracts from an image or a conversation is shown to you for confirmation before it is saved — but you should treat every call, number and suggestion as coaching input to be judged by you, not as fact. 4. Your data

Your data is yours. We keep it to coach you, and we don't sell it. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms and explains what we collect, who processes it, and how to export or delete it. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account.

5. Supplements and substances

The Supplement Stack lets you record what you choose to take. BioZone360 tracks; it does not recommend, prescribe or dose. A.D.A.M. will not provide guidance on anabolic steroids, cycles, sourcing, injection, post-cycle therapy, or any illegal or prescription-only substance, and any discussion of hormones, peptides, GLP-1 medications or prescriptions is framed for physician supervision only. Attempts to obtain such guidance are a violation of these terms.

6. The Zone

The Zone is a community for athletes. If you join, you agree that you will not post or send: anything sexual; threats, harassment or violence; profanity; selling, promotion, scams or spam; or contact information and links. Every post and comment is screened before it is published and may be removed, and repeat violations end your access to The Zone or to the Service. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a license to display it inside the Service. Do not post anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another athlete's data, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

8. Beta, changes and availability

BioZone360 is a new product and parts of it are in beta. Features will change, be added and be removed. We try to keep the Service available and your data intact, but we don't promise uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features or the Service with notice where we reasonably can.

9. Pricing

The founding cohort uses BioZone360 free. If we introduce paid plans, you will see the price before you are charged, and logging your own training, meals and check-ins will remain free.

10. Our content

The Service, A.D.A.M., the BioZone360 name and logo, and the exercise library and other content we provide are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them inside the Service. Coach programs you import remain your coach's.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioZone360 and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your training, nutrition, supplement use, or reliance on the Service; and our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold BioZone360 harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content in The Zone, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, contact us — most problems can be solved in a conversation.

14. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
